Regranting Program The goal of the Arts Council's Regranting function is to develop and encourage programs for the cultural and artistic enrichment of San Benito County. At its June 17, 2008 Board meeting, the San Benito County Arts Council awarded the following grant amounts: El Teatro Campesino–$750 San Benito Stage Company–$450 Oriana Chorale–$800
